Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item(s). This refund does not include shipping. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping
1.) How do you calculate the cost of shipping?
Shipping is automatically calculated with an app called ShipperHQ for all shipments and displayed to you at checkout. We use the total order weight and product dimensions to determine the best fit of shipping package and automatically calculate the shipping cost.
2.) What services do use to ship?
Merrimack Valley Models currently uses USPS and UPS. The customer may choose on the cart which service is best for them at the time of checkout.
3.) Where do you ship?
Merrimack Valley Models is currently limited to orders and shipping within the United States. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped via air and will be limited to the lower 48 states.
4.) How quickly till my order ships?
Merrimack Valley Models is a very small company, however when a product is in stock we try to get the shipment out in under 24 hours. If an order comes in early enough in the day, it's possible that it could ship same day.
5.) When will my pre-order ship?
Due to the limitations on our e-commerce platform, pre-orders must be paid for at the time of order. We then place the order with our distributor and wait for the product to be created and shipped to us. We will then immediately ship the product to you. Manufacturing time varies between the manufacturers.
6.) Do your orders require a signature for delivery?
We require a signature for delivery for all orders over $750. If your order is under $750 and will still like to require a signature at the time of delivery, please include a note in the "Order Notes" section when placing your order stating, "Signature Required".
